Shipping & Order Policy

   •    Billing & Shipping Address: Your billing and shipping address must match. If they do not, we may request additional verification for security purposes or issue a refund.

   •    Processing & Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed once received and shipped every Friday after 5:00 PM CST. You will receive tracking information within 48 business hours after your order has shipped.

   •    Carrier & Delivery: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery dates are estimated only and not guaranteed. Expected delivery dates are provided by USPS and may be subject to change.

   •    Claims & Tracking: For delivery questions or claims, please contact USPS directly at USPS.com (https://www.usps.com).

   •    Returns & Fees:

   •    All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.

   •    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipment fee will apply.

   •    If reshipment is not requested, a 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

   •    Holiday Notice: Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during holiday seasons, as delays may occur
